A Cozy Winter Retreat with Really good Service!
I arrived during a near blizzard and was warmly welcomed by the staff. The King Room was super clean and offered a charming view of the snow-covered streets. Don't miss the complimentary breakfast. The warm muffins were a good surprise! Will definitely return for another winter escape.

Everything is great here, had a really great stay for Business Traveler. The staff are pleasant and the room is adequate with fast wi-fi. A microwave, coffee/tea making facilities and a refrigerator are a nice touch. The location is marvellous and convenient, 15 minutes' walk to Camille Park.

good TV channels, convenient location, running trails outside
A warning about the deposit at check-in would be appreciated!!! More pillows and better bathroom conditions would improve comfort!!!

I like the location not too far from my rental home and reasonably priced but I'm not sure yet if I got the price that was offered.
the clerk was new and did not know how to check things for me so she could not answer my questions or resolve my issues and apparently should could not contact anyone. : (

Nice breakfast area, responsive staff.
Waaaay too much perfumed carpet spray. Please clean the stairs and walkways with a powerwash!

Great stay, just a bit noisy
I had a really nice time here! The room was small but clean, and I liked the tv and mini fridge. The bed was a bit too soft for my taste, and I could hear my neighbor's TV. Breakfast was amazing-those waffles were the best! The staff were super friendly too.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, complimentary breakfast.
Fitness room and spa both out of order - they had been part of the reason for our choice based on the website. That was a disappointment,

The cozy atmosphere at Pepper Tree Inn seemed like home, with charming decor that welcomes you warmly and easy access for my fellow seniors wandering about.
Improve noise insulation for better sleep quality.

I didn't like it at all
When I checked in they put me in a room that hasn't been cleaned after the previous customer so they placed me in another room which stunk so bad, smelled like animal and human pee. The floor was soaked which I think was from the air conditioner so we unplugged it causing the room to be hot and muggy and the smell got a lot worse, (Didn't want to open the window due to not knowing the area and kind of people were around.) When taking a shower the water temperature wouldn't stay the same, it kept changing from steaming hot to freezing cold so I was constantly jumping out and in and trying to control the temp. Also the shower head kept popping off. A couple days later the hotel withdrew money and took way too much from my account, my total for the room was suppose to be $76.99 but they took $87.99 which is way too much for such a bad room.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and non-smoking rooms. I remember the staff helping me with an insect bite during my first stay. Highly recommend checking in early!

Price and location and breakfast.
It is a older location that has had some updates many years back, but sorely needs new investment. The pool and parts are actually crumbling. The manager actually had to use a tool to get us in our room. It was not horrible, but if you want better you will have to pay for it.
